Look at this beautiful team!

This weekend, we went to Coalville, Leicester for our second last training together as a team! We started the weekend off with an inspirational chat and discussion with Paralympian Anna Turney about mental toughness, performing under pressure, and the all important teamwork (and being on the same page!).

We talked about our expectations, our fears heading into Perth – This had been a crucial milestone in really changing our mindsets. We are now in the home straight, we are so close to the end. I’d like to learn, from you who had bothered reading this: What else had helped you and your team come together in tackling a tournament like Worlds?

I have so much love for this team and the amount of support everyone is showing for each other right now. I am incredibly excited to see what we can do against some of the best youth athletes in the world. Just you wait!
